Refund policy

For hygiene purposes, WIGS,wig accessories, such as bonnets , and melting bands are non-refundable. ALL WIG SALES ARE FINAL mean that once wigs are purchased the sale is considered complete and cannot be returned or reversed. We do offer exchanges and coupons in the event of a mistake is on our part. For a exchange wig MUST BE IN ORIGINAL STATE that it was sold in!! Meaning IF WIG IS TAMPERED AND/OR NOT IN ORIGINAL STATE there will no exchange allowed.
